The breakfast buffet was continually replenished and they had something for just about everyone. Service in the dining area was good as well.
Even though our room was a no smoking room, there was a constant musty nautious smell in our room. Hair left in bathroom, not clean.
As for the room it was outdated and smelled musty. If I had to spend more than my sleeping hours in this room, I would have left and found another hotel. There was also long hair left in the bathroom which I had to clean up. If these two problems were fixed it wouldn't be a bad hotel. Location was great for my needs. ...read more

We were in Akron. Ohio because my brother was very ill. We arrived at this hotel about 4:00 on Oct. 7 and we were using the room only until 11;00 P.M.
We paid the full price for the room and received word that my brother died and we had to leave the room that was fully paid .
Under the circumstances I think we should be partially reimbursed for the short amount of time we used the room.

Front desk help was good and so was the breakfast helper.
Construction on the carpeting during my stay, but I'm sure it will be nice when finished.

It was close to the highway and many restaurants.
The bathroom was small.
Overall for the price, it was a good hotel to stay at. We would stay there again if need be.

Friendly staff, helpful and courteous. Clean and comfortable room.
The pool was not available.
The hotel was very accommodating, convenient for our visits with family and with restaurants and shopping. It was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.
